For collectors and partners

Bulk alkaline battery recycling

Send us truckload volumes of spent alkaline batteries. We process them in Phoenix and return the documentation you need.

Who we work with

Collectors, transfer stations, household hazardous waste programmes, retailers running take back, and other recyclers who need an outlet for the alkaline fraction they cannot process themselves. If spent alkaline is piling up and you need it gone, that is the conversation.

How a load works

  1. 01

    Tell us what you have.

Volume, chemistry mix, packaging and where it is sitting. A rough estimate is fine to start.

  2. 02

    We confirm pricing and requirements.

What we can take, how it needs to be packaged, and what the load is worth.

  3. 03

    You arrange freight.

Third party carrier into our Phoenix facility, inside receiving hours.

  4. 04

    We receive, weigh and log.

The load enters the plant with a receipt record attached to it.

  5. 05

    We process and document.

Sorted, shredded, separated, and your certificate of recycling follows.

Why a single site matters

Most large recyclers route material through several facilities and a network of downstream partners. We do not. Material arrives at one building in Phoenix and is processed in that building. For anyone who has to answer questions about where their waste actually went, that is a materially shorter answer.

Common questions

Before you send a load

What volumes do you take?

We can take material in any volume. Pricing is best on full truckloads of 30,000 to 45,000 lbs, which is most of what we handle. Smaller and recurring loads are worth a conversation.

Who arranges the freight?

Customers generally arrange shipping to us. We do not operate vehicles; all transportation is handled by third party carriers. We can point you at carriers who already run into our facility.

How should material be packaged?

Gaylords or drums on pallets, with terminals protected so nothing can short. Tell us what packaging you have and we will confirm before the load moves.

What documentation do we receive?

Weight and receipt records on arrival, and a certificate of recycling once the load is processed. Because everything happens in our own building, the custody record is one link, not a chain of subcontractors.

Have a load of spent alkaline batteries?

Tell us the volume, the chemistry and where it is sitting. We will come back with pricing and freight guidance.
